Common Issues

I haven't received my order

First, check your order tracking in your account. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or building management. Contact us immediately if you still can't locate your order.

An item in my order is damaged or spoiled

We're sorry this happened! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately.

I need to change my delivery address

You can change your delivery address up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Log into your account and go to your order details, or contact our support team for assistance.

I'm having trouble with payment

Make sure your card information is correct and has sufficient funds. We accept Canadian Visa and Mastercard debit cards, plus Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. If you're still having issues, try a different payment method or contact your bank.
