1. Freshness Guarantee

At Froodly, we guarantee the freshness of our produce. We take great care in sourcing and handling all our products to ensure they meet our high quality standards when delivered to you.

If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of any item you receive, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item in question. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce and groceries, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise and we are committed to making things right.

Eligible for Return:

  • • Items that arrive damaged or spoiled
  • • Items that are significantly different from what was ordered
  • • Non-perishable items with manufacturing defects

Not Eligible for Return:

  • • Fresh produce that naturally ripens or ages after delivery
  • • Items you simply changed your mind about
  • • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed back to the original payment method used for your order. The refund process typically takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Refund Timeline:

  • • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • • Store Credit: Immediate (when applicable)

4. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Orders can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time at no charge.

Cancellation Process:

  • • Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  • • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • • Click "Cancel Order" if still within the 48-hour window
  • • For assistance, contact our support team

Late Cancellations: Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee, as we may have already begun preparing your order.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged items or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What to do:

  • • Take photos of damaged items
  • • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • • Provide your order number and details
  • • We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly
