Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order with Froodly?

Ordering with Froodly is simple. Just browse our selection of fresh, local products and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you'll confirm your delivery address within the GTA and select your preferred delivery time slot. You can then complete your purchase securely with a credit card via Stripe.

What areas do you deliver to?

We proudly serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA). During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your postal code to confirm that your address is within our delivery zone. If your address is not in our service area, you can join a waitlist to be notified when we expand.

How does your delivery process work?

We use our own dedicated, in-house delivery team to ensure your order arrives in peak condition. This is what we call our "human touch" delivery. You choose a specific delivery time slot during checkout. On the day of your delivery, you can track your order's status in real-time through the Order Tracking page in your account.

What is the delivery fee?

We offer a transparent and competitive delivery fee. The exact fee will be calculated during the checkout process based on your order size and location. You will see the estimated delivery fee before you finalize your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. You can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. To do so, please log in to your account and visit your Order History page, or contact our support team for assistance.

What if I am not home during my delivery time slot?

If you are not available to receive your order in person, our delivery driver will attempt to contact you. We can leave your order in a safe location at your address if you provide specific instructions during checkout. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of items left outdoors for extended periods.

Where do you source your products from?

Our commitment is to local Canadian farmers. We source our entire selection of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and pantry items directly from farms and trusted producers across Canada. This ensures you're receiving the freshest products while supporting our local economy.

How do you guarantee the freshness of your produce?

Our freshness guarantee comes from our direct-sourcing and controlled logistics model. Because we eliminate middlemen, our produce is often delivered to your door within 24-48 hours of being picked. Our team inspects every item before it's packed to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

Is all your produce organic?

While many of our products are certified organic, not all of them are. We offer both conventional and organic options, and each product listing is clearly marked with its certification and origin information so you can make an informed choice.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, sometimes an item may become unavailable. In such a case, we will contact you immediately to offer a suitable substitution or a full refund for the item.

How can I check for allergens or dietary information?

Each of our product pages includes detailed descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend checking the product details carefully before placing your order. For any specific concerns, feel free to contact our support team.

Account & Support

How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button at the top of our website. You can either sign up quickly using your Google account or by providing your email and creating a secure password.

Why do you require my phone number during registration?

Your phone number is required for delivery purposes. Our delivery team may need to contact you regarding your order on delivery day. You can change your password later, but please note that email addresses cannot be changed after account creation.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, simply click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. We will send a secure link to your registered email address that will allow you to create a new password.

How do I get help or contact support?

Our support team is here to help! You can reach us directly through the Contact Us page on our website. Our business hours are Sunday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM. We also have a comprehensive FAQ page to answer most common questions.

How do I update my personal information or address?

You can easily manage all your personal details by logging into your account. From your main dashboard, you can navigate to the "My Profile" page to update your first name , Last name and the "Addresses" page to add, edit, or delete delivery addresses.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in real-time on your scheduled delivery day. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the Order Tracking page. You'll see updates on your delivery status and a map showing the location of your delivery driver.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely process all payments via Stripe, accepting all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept cash on delivery.

How do I use a discount or coupon code?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the cart or on the checkout page. There will be a field to enter the code, and the discount will be applied to your total before you finalize your payment.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, a leading global payment processor. We do not store any of your credit card details on our servers, ensuring your data remains secure.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

At this time, only one discount or coupon code can be applied per order. We recommend using the one that provides the best value for your purchase.
